My name is Ryan Amundson, Certified Professional Home Inspector with A-Max Home Inspections. BUYER HOME INSPECTIONS

Our home inspections are designed to make buyers aware of any issues in their home. Our inspections are thorough, comprehensive, and detailed. We inspect all the major components of your home, as well as the “nooks and crannies”.

MOVE-IN CERTIFIED SELLER HOME INSPECTION

Are you selling your home?  Let me inspect it before you even list it.  A Move-In Certified Seller Inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them.  You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates.  Show prospective buyers that you are dealing in good faith.  Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected.

RADON TESTING

Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in out enviroment, it is also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S., according to the U.S. Surgeon General.  Nearly one out of every 15 homes is estimated to have elevated radon levels.  The Surgeon Generral and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recommend testing all houses.  Millions of Americans have already tested their homes for radon, and you should, too.

ANNUAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE HOME INSPECTION

I’ll inspect your primary residence and any investment properties on an annual basis to ensure that they are being properly maintained, which includes checking for fire safety issues and other health and safety hazards.

11TH MONTH BUILDER’S WARRANTY INSPECTION

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home.  I’ll will come out during the 11th month and perform a full inspection before the builder warranty expires.
